Lieutenant Linda McNulty has been in law enforcement for approximately twenty years.  The first four of her years were spent in the New Milford Police Department in Bergen County, New Jersey.  There, she was in the patrol division and taught DARE.  She was hired by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office in July of 1999 where she spent approximately six years in the narcotics division.  She has now been in the Special Victims Unit for nine years and has a passion for interviewing children and teenagers.  She took Finding Words in June of 2008 and joined the Finding Words faculty in 2011.  She lives at home with her husband and two daughters, Samantha and Erin.  She practices her interviewing skills on her daughters on a daily basis. She received her bachelor’s degree from Rider University, NJ in 1993.
