Peter Boser Esq.

Peter Boser has been the statewide Program Coordinator for the New Jersey Children’s Alliance since 2017, after retiring as Senior Litigation Counsel/Assistant Prosecutor with the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.  After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from Rutgers University in 1982, he then graduated from the Rutgers University School of Law in 1985.  Thereafter he spent 31 years at the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, where he was Director of the Special Victims Unit, responsible for the supervision of the assistant prosecutors and detectives assigned to handle investigation and prosecution of all sexual offenses, child abuse cases and Megan's Law matters.  He also supervised the Monmouth County Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) for the investigation of child abuse, the Monmouth County Child Advocacy Center and the Monmouth County Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner/Sexual Assault Response Team program. 

 

Mr. Boser took over the role as the Program Director for Finding Words in 2023. Additionally, he is also the board chair of the Friends of Monmouth County Child Advocacy Center, Inc. 

 

He lives in Rumson with his wife Susan, and has two adult children.
