Cynthia Kowalski joined Finding Words/Child First NJ after graduating from Montclair State University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s in Child Advocacy and Policy. She currently holds the title of Training Coordinator for the Finding Words/Child First NJ program. Working previously for Picatinny Arsenal as a Program Assistant, Cynthia has always had a passion for children and working to better the lives of those who cannot advocate for themselves.
