TRAINERS' FORUM

The trainers' forum is meant to provide up to date supplements to already trained forensic interviewers. This forum provides recent peer-reviewed literature, changes in case law and interesting summaries of the challenges in investigating and litigating cases of child maltreatment. This section is limited to peer reviewed or published cases that impact practices and procedures in the interviewing and investigation of cases of child maltreatment. This section also serves as a refresher about “best practices” in forensic interviewing and provides answers to specific questions for authorized users about the Finding Words/Child First interview protocol.
