Peter Boser, J.D.
Director of Member Services & Finding Words
Peter Boser has been the Director of Member Services for the New Jersey Children’s Alliance (NJCA) since 2017, after retiring as Senior Litigation Counsel/Assistant Prosecutor with the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office. After graduating from the Rutgers University School of Law, he spent 31 years at the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office. He was the Director of the Special Victims Unit, responsible for the supervision of the assistant prosecutors and detectives assigned to handle investigation and prosecution of all sexual offenses, child abuse cases and Megan's Law matters. He also supervised the Monmouth County Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) for the investigation of child abuse, the Monmouth County Child Advocacy Center, and the Monmouth County Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner/Sexual Assault Response Team program.

As the Director of Member Services for NJCA, Mr. Boser supports the Child Advocacy Centers (CAC) and Multidisciplinary Teams (MDT) throughout the state with training and technical assistance. Additionally, he serves as the board chair of the Friends of Monmouth County Child Advocacy Center, Inc.

​Mr. Boser joined the Finding Words faculty in 2003 and subsequently, took over the role as the Program Director for Finding Words in 2023.

He lives in Rumson with his wife Susan, and has two adult children.
